Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Unfortunately, clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Late arrival results in a reduction of treatment time, ensuring the next appointment begins on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you but it can be possible that your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or gift cards. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities generally average 18-20% of the treatment price.

Le Chic Beauty Lounge and staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if there is a medical, ethical or safety reason for doing so or reverse any gift certificate purchase and return the funds to the purchaser.
Please keep in mind, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have a written consent from a parent.
We guarantee that you will love our products. If not, simply bring it back within 30 days of purchase, at least half full and receive a credit towards any other product/service at the salon.
